Please accept our family’s sincere wishes for happiness and good health during the coming year! 2008 was a very difficult year for us in more than one way, as many of you may or may not know, we are all very saddened at the loss of our Founder and President, and to many of us just a great friend, Ronnie Hoff. We can’t express enough how much he will be missed and how dedicated and committed we all are to carry on his strong business and personal legacy he has left behind. His daughter, Cindy Buckwalter and her husband, Rick will continue to keep Liqua-Grow as a Family owned and operated company. Our technicians and Operations Department have once again been working very diligently attending the latest industry seminars gathering lots of information that will provide you and your family with the best possible service using the best products and equipment on the market. As always we pride ourselves on the more personalized customer service that we offer and we are serious about producing lawns that stay thick, green and healthy all year. Customer expectations and satisfaction continue to be our driving force. We continue to provide highly trained professionals that really do care about your specific lawn care needs. We work very hard to apply precise applications of the best environmentally friendly products at the proper intervals throughout the season. All of our lawn care programs meet product label guidelines and nutrient management regulations to support the clean up of the Chesapeake Bay.
We are very happy to report that over the past 3 years, we were extremely happy with the results of the Grub Preventative Applications and will once again be offering Merit Insecticide to provide effective, season-long control of all turf destroying grub species. Merit, with twelve years of proven performance, is the most widely used grub control material by turf care professionals. We recommend Merit to all our customers not only for its effectiveness against grub damage but also because of its low environmental impact and low use rate. We are confident Merit and/or Allectus will provide season long control and protect your lawn from insect damage. Please call our office today if you are interested in adding a grub or insect preventative application to your program or simply fill out the enclosed grub/insect information slip and we will be happy to call you with the price for your lawn. Please note we will be happy to include the preventative application in your 2009 pre-payment plan, just call our office for the pre-pay amount of your preventative grub and/or insect application. If you received a Grub Preventative or Allectus Insect Preventative Application with your 2008 Lawn Care Program, you will automatically be rescheduled for the same preventative grub application again for 2009 and there is no need for you to call.
In 2008, we’ve seen unprecedented pressure on our costs. We’ve received price increases on most all the products we use, even on some that were “guaranteed” to us. Regardless of those increases, we’re happy to report that there will be NO PRICE INCREASES for your 2009 lawn care service. We are committed to helping your family to be able to continue to meet your lawn care needs for the upcoming year. The 2009 lawn care season will be here before we know it, as always we will plan to start as soon as the weather permits. Since the majority of our customers request we continue their service year after year, your lawn will be scheduled based on your last year’s program. If you wish to change from last year’s program, please call our office within the next two weeks. UNLESS WE HEAR FROM YOU, YOUR LAWN CARE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SCHEDULED FOR THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DATE. We have included an invoice showing you what lawn care applications we have scheduled for your lawn and the prices. This invoice also reflects our 8% pre-payment discount for those customers wishing to take advantage of our early pre-payment plan. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PRE-PAY AT THIS TIME, UNLESS WE HEAR FROM YOU, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY SCHEDULE YOUR LAWN FOR THE ABOVE LISTED SERVICES FOR THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DATES.
